“I created Domaine Elodie Roy in 2018. Back to my roots, to my roots, I want to extend the work done by my ancestors by taking over the family vineyards planted by my grandfather Robert and by my father Christian.”
After 11 years spent in Vosne-Romanée, in a beautiful Domaine of the Côte de Nuits, I made the choice to return to the land of my childhood to take over the family vineyard. This return to the land of my origin is for me a renewal, a new life! I love the time spent in the vineyard, tasting the wines, presenting them to the customers… My philosophy is to respect the plant as much as possible, to follow the vegetative cycle; I wish to move towards a sustainable viticulture, respectful of the soil and the environment. The work in the vineyard is for me the basis of everything, it is essential and primordial for the quality of the grapes. To make good wines you need good grapes!
