The Winemakers
Domaine Nicolas Perrault
After leaving the family estate in 2004, Nicolas PERRAULT decided to return to the land of his childhood to set up in the premises left vacant by his father, who had retired, and to produce a series of cuvées that he signed with his name.
On these terroirs, which have the reputation of producing wines that require a long ageing period in order to patinate the rusticity of their tannic structure, he has chosen to disprove this preconceived idea; his work in the vineyard and in the cellar has enabled him to produce a series of vintages whose solid structures are enveloped by ripe and generous materials.
